Thanks for your question—and also your kind words! If I wrote a book outside of the historical fiction genre I'd love to try writing a thriller. It's easy to frighten people with visuals like TV or film, but it's challenging to scare a reader! :)

The characters were amazing and the descriptions lifted me out of my life for awhile, and gave me a real feel for the people and place. Your dialog and also your text read almost lyrically.
