How do you deal with writer’s block?

Allynn Riggs I listen to classical music. Music with words distracts me from the writing. I will take breaks to read something new or more especially books I read and loved when I was in high school and college. Those authors and their stories ground me and inspire me to continue. I also take long hot showers, go swimming or go on drives to inspirational view points. I always have a pad of paper and writing tools on hand so I can write down ideas, words, situations etc. that will pop up.
