When Harry and Hermione go back in time, Hermione tells harry that they can't do anything to change the past. However they save both Buckbeak and Black from death, how is that not changing the past?. lets say black's death had not occurred yet, so that was not changing the past, but Buckbeak was definitely killed in their past and saving him had to have changed their future.
