Hello! I am 3/4 through The Wild Girl and I'm totally enthralled by it. What makes it special for me is that I actually lived in Kassel for over 11 years and now live just 24km away in a smaller town very close to the Sababurg so I can relate to the events and places so much more. I'd like to know if it has been published in German or will in the near future as I would love to recommend it to my German friends?

Hi Alisa, I am so glad that you are enjoying "The Wild Girl". I'm afraid it has only been published in the English language so far, though many of my other books have been translated into German. Maybe one day - I hope so.

To me, Bitter Greens, The Beast's Garden, and The Wild Girl seem like they fit nicely into one subgenre of historical fiction while your children series seem like a totally different entity. Do you feel that way or do you think of those three and your children's books as one canon, if you will?
