Is there a new book in the works? I really enjoy your writing.

Paula Brackston Not sure where you're up to, Teresa, but my newest witch book is due out in the US and Canada in March, and the UK and Australia in December. It's called The Return of the Witch and is the sequel to The Witch's Daughter. If you can't wait until then, I've a new book in my Detective Gretel series just out in the US - The Case of the Fickle Mermaid.
Meanwhile I am of course writing, writing, writing!

I recently read The Witch's Daughter (loved it). My editions (UK paperbacks) list The Winter Witch as book 2 in The Shadow Chronicles but this seems to differ online. Can you confirm the reading order and how your books are linked? Thank you.

Did you stay at the Great Chalfield Manor for research? How much of the manor's history is real and fictional? It's such a beautiful historical place and love that the book is based on a real place.

I just finished reading Silver Witch and loved it. I want to read more of your books so I looked up your book list. I saw The Witch's Daughter which looks really good. I also saw The Book of Shadows that you wrote a few years ago. They look the same to me. Is the Witch's daughter a sequel or are they the same book but with different titles? I don't know which to read first.
