Are you aware that when you run a BookBub special - as you have just done - it blocks sales to other countries? Bookbub only seems to work for US readers although people all over the world sign up for it. If I go into my Amazon account I can buy your book, at normal $ but if I go in through a Bookbub offer, I get a "This title is not available" message from Amazon. I've contacted Bookbub but they have not responded.

Sophie Hannah I'm not sure exactly how it works, but I believe it's something that is specific to America, yes. I will check with my UK and US publishers, though. Thanks for letting me know!
