Will there be a movie for each book of the broken empire series? or have you considered it?

Mark Lawrence It's not generally the case that an author can decide to have a movie or movies made of their books.

I have been approached by various Hollywood movie-makers but there are no firm plans yet. I'm sure there's enough material for a film per book, but the chances of any author seeing one film from their work is pretty damn slim. Three movies is much less likely than that.

Many questions, but I'll continue to leave the story related ones to my imagination, I think. I'm due a re-read, so perhaps after I finish more reviews. So, a question -- if you can say: Do you know of any plans for USA hardcovers of Broken Empire / Red Queens War to make a reappearance in original or some other format? Or anything like the Grim Oak Press volumes?

Perhaps to get the ball rolling you might consider - Will global warming get us first? or In the absence of an evolutionary or programmed fear of "death", why would an AI even think to protect itself from being turned off?
