Was Will based on, or inspired by anyone fictional or otherwise? He reminded me a lot of Byakuya Togami from the Danganronpa series, & I wound up hearing his voice when reading Will's dialogue in my head. I would be really surprised if there is an actual connection to this considering the series I'm referencing is a somewhat obscure Visual Novel video game series. Thought I'd ask though. Great Character nonetheless!

As you suspected I have not heard of that series, but it's very possible both of us were inspired by the same character - for me it started with the Coen Bros film Miller's Crossing, and Gabriel Byrne's deadpan, conniving gangster Tom Reagan. If you've never seen it, go watch it.

Uh, hi. I'm from another reality where you take over the world. And I need you to answer this question so that I can go back in time and stop you. (Don't ask me how I know, it isn't very interesting and I'd probably spend about 45 years in prison.) But, if you were to go back in time and create a franchise that already exists now, what would you make? (You can change anything as long as the core concept is the same.)
