Where did you and Michael get your knowledge of the military? SF operations, weapons systems, aircraft, ships and small arms for the US, England and Russia- one or both of you guys are clearly experts on all of that and more. it's very impressive and adds a rich layer to your books that I haven't read anywhere else in the genre.

Michael is the one who deserves recognition on this one. Outside of the Arisen series he writes Military Techno-thrillers and has spent a huge amount of time researching the military stuff. I came up with the idea of Arisen, originally, and wrote out plot notes for the series up to about book 5, but realised I wasn't going to be able to do the military aspect of the series justice, not without help. So, I approached Mike with the idea of co-writing the series.

Hi Glynn, I am reading the Arisen series you and Michael have done an AMAZING job. This is the 2nd series that I have read from a military POV and I have to say that these seem to be the most realistic and plausible ZA books I have read so far and am loving this series more than any others. I am on book 7 and hating that I am quickly coming up on book 9. Is book 9 the end of the series, are there more books coming?
