What inspired you to write this book?

Johnny Welsh Every time I traveled out of state or out of country I would undoubtedly meet fellow travelers from around the world. I would imagine many experience this. When I say that I am from Colorado, I am then surrounded by people with giggles and smiles. They are looking at me and asking, "So, what is like?" They are referring to the legalization of cannabis. It is quite the ice breaker. Add to this the fact that while bartending, I received a barrage of questions from out of state visitors, guests, and tourists about the new industry. They all wanted to hear the real story from someone who is living in it.
