Hey, I just checked, and it's still not up. This is isn't unusual. B&N and iBooks can take a day or two to process. I'm sorry it's not available yet. It's coming, but it's in their court right now.
If I'd had it up for pre-order this wouldn't be a problem, but I missed the deadline, since I was anal and had to do another read-through :D Sorry again. It's coming, though. <3
