Can you tell us please, as your loyal fans, when exactly the birthday of Lockwood, Lucy and George? And how old exactly are they? These little things drive me crazy :(

I'm afraid I don't know what their birthdays are. Is that bad? Probably. I will work on it. Maybe I'll let you know some of this in book IV. In my head I imagine Lockwood and George to be about 15 in the first book, with Lucy a few months' younger. But I take care never to spell this out in the text - I want readers to make their own conclusions.

Aside from his atrocious accents, has Lockwood ever gone all out and tried to talk to any clients in very poor and mismatched French? Or in any other language(s) he may have learnt in primary/from his parents? (If they were paranormal investigators, I would assume they may have picked up some languages on their travels). ~ Thanks!
