How do you get inspired to write?

C.A. Knutsen I think that reading is part of the drive. I read so much and then I feel driven to write. One doesn't copy what one reads. It is more like the 'writing bin' gets filled to overflowing with words and ideas that come from the reading an other sources and then one has to do something about it. Writing is the only activity that can deal with the overflow. You can put off the writing for only so long before you are bursting with the need to write.
