It's not so much 'writer's block' that scuppers me. More just 'not turning up to the page'. I've found from hanging out with other writers that it's all too easy to either live in your head, thinking about writing or else talking about it. Of course, a certain amount of 'mulling' is needed, but if anything is actually going to get written then you have to just TURN UP AND WRITE!!
