Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Rosie Godfrey I was driving at the time, thinking about my grandson who I was on my way to visit. I began making up a song, singing as I went along (as you do), playing with the words, stopping to write them down when I felt I'd got something of worth. I basically had the chorus. Further up the road (I can remember exactly where I was), pictures flooded into my head, like an animated film, with the thought - "This is a picture book!" So I set about writing the story...
