Megan I too LOVED this series and if you have a similar taste in books I recon you’d really like the ‘Throne of Glass series’. I have no words to describe my undying love for this series so you must READ IT…no pressure :)
Vivi Lunar Chronicles A+++
Elizabeth I just read Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard and it feels like the same type of book. Some others are the ones that they already answered below: The Winner's Curse by Marie Rutkoski (I've only read the first one -the second I just haven't had access to and the third comes out in February- and it was fantastic! I did a review on it.) and Throne of Glass (series) by Sarah J Maas I just started reading it and it does remind me of the Shatter Me series. Good luck I hope you enjoy them.
JackBaraKitttyCat okay, for sure the A Court of Thorns and Roses series and Throne of Glass I'm sure you will like them!!!! There by the same author, Sarah J. Maas.
Kajsa O. The Selection series is the best! Many people have said that it's like Divergent, so that might be a good one too!
Arushi Ganeriwal A Court of Thornes and Roses, and Throne of Glass.... hands down best books I've ever read
Rebecca Storm Siren trilogy
Sky I have heard the fallen series is like it, and matched, some people have compared it to divergent, I personally like a book called the winner's curse which led me into the discovery of this book. I would always recommend the winner trilogy to someone.
Kay I Not exactly like Shatter me fully, but The Hush Hush series, and evermore immortals series' are really good!! They are also YA books!
Shona I have read a book called Carve the Mark by Veronica Roth. It has a girl called Cyra similar to this one. Cyra can't touch anyone because it brings them pain and they die from it. The only person that can touch her is a boy named Akos who is her enemy that has been captured. This book also has another big plot to it. I think you should read this book if you liked Shatter Me!
Carly Divergent trilogy.
You WILL read it.
Oh, and the Nyxia Triad is good too.
Sabah The first book in the darkest minds series by alexandra bracken, really felt similar to the shatter me series.
Irish Chopsticks I loved these books so much! I really think people who liked this would really enjoy Cassandra Clare's Shadowhunters books (The Mortal Instruments, The Infernal Devices, The Dark Artifices, Tales from the Shandowhunter Academy, The Bane Chronicles), and also Lynette Noni's The Medoran Chronicles as well as Michael Grant's Gone series :)

Marissa Meyer's The Lunar Chronicles are also great, as well as Sarah J. Mass's Throne of Glass books and Lauren Kate's Fallen series. :)

Enjoy reading!
Bella The Razorland Series by Ann Aguire is amazing! It's absolutely my favorite series. It's dystopian with a perfect amount of adventure with a touch of romance....l
(With an AMAZING ENDING))
Colby Delirium, or Eve
Maya Yes, the Delirium series! You'll have the dystopia, the love and a female protagonist.
Alex There is Throne of glass and Mara Dyer- this series has high ratings and that is for a reason it´s great and it´s similar to this series by it´s strong heroine and the problem of controlling very dangerous powers. I absolutely loved all 3 of them :)
Abi M Umm, Jenifer Nielsen has a great trilogy out. Very amazing and Cayla Kluver's Legacy trilogy sounds absolutely thrilling. I've only read the first book, Legacy, though. Alas. :(
Anna I also loved this series! After Shatter Me, I read Powerless which I also loved so since you liked Shatter me, I think you'll like it too. (if you haven't already read it)
The protagonist, Paedyn, is powerless in a world of Elites that possess all Kinds of powers. In Ilya, the kingdom, she has to pretend in order to stay alive, since if you don't have a power, you get killed...
One day, she finds herself thrown into the trials meant for Elites and basically her whole world is turned upside down.
It's romance, magic and fiction all in one book!
Elizabeth Maxwell Try the Darkest Minds series by Alexandra Bracken, it’s my all time favourite series and the first one was made into a movie! It’s follows a similar concept where the MC can’t touch others skin but instead of killing others she wipes their memories! It’s also set in a dystopian world and the writing quality is extraordinarily better in comparison to Shatter me.
Sophie Wiewiora I really enjoyed the slated series by teri terry I think that book is very similar to this one
Noèmi I recommend divergent, it’s only slightly similar to shatter me but it’s a great dystopian book (just don’t watch the movie first).
Briana Jadav Court of thorns and roses series is a great read. Partially fantasy
Lauren Red Queen was another good one :)
Paimon Shatter Me is my favorite book right now, and I loved A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas, the author of Throne of Glass series. Reading Heir of Fire right now, and it's so good! Also good is Splintered by A.G Howard. In Splintered, the main character feels like she's going wonderland crazy like her great-great-great-grandrabbit Alice. (She isn't really a rabbit.) Reminded me a lot of this book.
Abby Posession series by Alana Johnson and Under the Never Sky series by Veronica Rossi.
Shelby Absolutely LOVED Red Queen series and The Selection series- both amazing and worth the read :)
Hanna Amor where can I read this?
Soha The Young Elites by Marie Lu is really awesome, I find it a bit darker and bit more adventurous than the Shatter Me books.
Annie Nguyen There's a wattpad book called Alive by speakandbeheard
Patricia If you like this one, I'd think you'd like When We Wake. It is similar to this in so many ways. I loved that series too!
Adalia I suggest the Possession Trilogy by Elana Johnson.
