I really think people who liked this would really enjoy Cassandra Clare's Shadowhunters books (The Mortal Instruments, The Infernal Devices, The Dark Artifices, Tales from the Shandowhunter Academy, The Bane Chronicles), and also Lynette Noni's The Medoran Chronicles as well as Michael Grant's Gone series :)

Marissa Meyer's The Lunar Chronicles are also great, as well as Sarah J. Mass's Throne of Glass books and Lauren Kate's Fallen series. :)
