Didn't realize this was a book, because I saw the movie with Morgan Freeman a long time ago and it was awesome. Is the book as good as the movie, or is it better?

Mark Perkins Agreed, Terri Newman. Also, Morgan Freeman is pretty miscast as Alex Cross. Don't know what they were thinking there, other than that Mr. Freeman was …moreAgreed, Terri Newman. Also, Morgan Freeman is pretty miscast as Alex Cross. Don't know what they were thinking there, other than that Mr. Freeman was starring in EVERYTHING at the time. He's a great actor, but was, even then, about 25 years too old for the character. (less)
