Ian Rodney Lazarus Richard O'Brien finds himself diving into the world of wine, specifically ocean-fermented wines, which are illegal to manufacture in the U.S. but legal in other parts of the world. The high cost of these wines makes the FBI suspicious that the products are a vehicle for money laundering. Richard suspects what is in the bottles may not be wine at all. We follow him, and the bottles, as they travel the world, with Richard racing against time to capture the person who is behind the scheme that nobody seems to really understand, but that everybody believes is patently dangerous.
