Tobias Queen
Tobias Queen asked Scott Sigler:

After an extensive survey that I just made up, it's been determined that your reading audience is clamouring for, nay demanding to read and/or listen to some of your never before released poems featuring dinosaurs with chainsaws and drinking problems. What say you F.D.O., humor the masses or let them suffer?

Scott Sigler I admit freely: the magic of poetry escapes my little brain. Meter and rhyme, or even more mysterious to me, the poetry that doesn't rhyme at all, always leaves me wondering — why don't they just say what they mean and dispense with all this analogy and metaphor business? Unless those words are put to a sick beat, perhaps with some crunching guitar and either a drummer who is violating parole or a drum machine programmed by a producer who has been building his own label since he was like five years old. Then I am all in.

So, if I ever write poetry (don't wait up, it's unlikely), I will do it in the form of, "hey, here's free lyrics, make whatever song you like" and post them to my website.
