Hi Brielle, so glad you enjoyed it! I love reading books that take place in faraway cities where I'd love to visit. The adult world, and even the teen world, have books set in Paris, but I couldn't think of any for the younger crowd. So I thought, maybe I should write one! It was so fun - I watched a lot of movies set in Paris, read a lot of books, and played around on Google Earth, getting down onto the streets of Paris. So cool!
This isn't part of your question, but thought you'd like to know there will be a book featuring Phoebe, out in 2016. I'm working on it right now! She will have a fun adventure around the city of London! :) I don't have a title yet, but hopefully soon.
