I just finished reading All You Can Dream Buffet. Thank you for Ruby. I'm a survivor of childhood leukemia and was diagnosed when I was in first grade - age 6. I've never had someone address survivor guilt with childhood cancer. What made you include this in our book?

Barbara O'Neal I have only just now realized there are these questions! I am so glad you like Ruby's storyline. My sister is an oncology nurse, and the stories she shares sometimes wreck me....but also thrill me. People live happy healthy lives after cancer, as you've done. As Ruby did.
