Do the Hundred Oak books need to be read in order? Are they companion books with different characters from previous books?

Miranda Kenneally My Hundred Oaks books are companion novels so you can read them in any order, but characters do show up from book to book. My book coming out this summer, Jesse's Girl, is directly linked to Catching Jordan.

I suggest reading the books in this order: Catching Jordan, Stealing Parker, Things I Can’t Forget, Racing Savannah, Breathe, Annie, Breathe, and Jesse’s Girl.
