sorry I meant to ask-were, is your favorite place to write and why is it?

D.J. MacHale I do my best work in the morning when I first wake up and I'm still lying in bed. I've trained myself to think of my story then and I'm often able to come up with great ideas because my brain isn't yet cluttered/blocked with the busy-ness of the day.

I'm curious: where did the name Saint Dane came from? I'm not sure if you answered this in text as it's been many years since I've finished the Pendragon series, but I knew I was always curious.
