A Goodreads user asked K.M. Weiland:

Which one of your books was the most fun for you to write?

K.M. Weiland Definitely Storming, which comes out this fall. The main character is a snarky, slightly irresponsible barnstorming pilot who returns to his Midwestern hometown (which also happens to be my hometown) to find dieselpunk-esque happenings underfoot. The whole story is a fast-paced, action-adventure romp. But the fact that the protagonist talks just like me—breezy and slangy—was a lot of fun.

Out of my already published books, I’d have to say Behold the Dawn was the most fun. It’s still my favorite of all my stories, even years after writing it. I love the medieval setting and the themes of redemption—and just how killer the protagonist is.
