Shelly Ellis Don't give up and be patient. There are plenty of obstacles along the way to publishing your work and most of them include rejection. Also keep in mind that, publishing involves a lot of "hurry up and waiting" too. You get a good response to your query and they ask for pages. Yeah! Now you have to wait for them to read the pages. They ask for a full manuscript. Yeah! Now you have to wait for a response to your full. It can test one's resolve and one's nerves but its the name of the game. Those who succeed are not only tenacious but also have the patience of Job!
