What are you currently working on?

Shelly Ellis I'm working on a few projects simultaneously. But when it comes to work I know will be published, I'm working on a new series about a family that lives in the fictional town of Chesterton, Virginia, where my current Gibbons Gold Digger series takes place. It involves a lot of drama, intrigue... I call it my black version of Downton Abbey and my editor calls it the book version of The Haves and the Have Nots. This one is definitely more of a women's fiction work than romance, which is what I usually write. But I love the characters and their dynamics. I'm having fun writing it.
