Hi Peter, I logged into Kobo today eager to purchase The Skull Throne, but it';s not there? A quick google and it shows up in Amazon.co.uk in kindle format. So I'm thinking: "What gives here?" Google for 'Skull Throne Kobo' and I get the Italian kobo site offering me a helpful message that: "The Skull Throne is not available in United Kingdom." Gutted. Any idea if/when this is going to change?

Peter V. Brett This should have resolved itself on April 9 when the book released in the UK.

I've been looking for "The Skull Throne" audiobook all over the place, I can't find a listing in iTunes or in Audible. Not even a pre-order in Audible, which is normally available months before the release. I know you've mentioned in the past that the audiobook would be released the same day as the book. Do you know where I can get a copy?
