Since you've been writing supernatural stuff for years(by the way, I love them!!!) what made you decide to write a contemporary love story? How do you even begin to convince your readers to try this out?Honestly, when I first saw it at Goodreads, I was a little shocked (good shock, but totally shocked). Also, I've been dying to know when is the next book for Angels of the Dark?

Gena Showalter The Original Heartbreakers series came about because I wanted to write about bad boys with traumatic pasts who have the same brotherly bond found in my Lords of the Underworld series -- and yet, I wanted these men to be ones I could truly meet. I wanted to write sassy Southern belles (kinda like the girls in my life) and a quirky small town I wished I lived. I wanted dark and gritty but also sexy and witty. I hope I delivered!

There will be another Angels of the Dark book, but I don't have a firm release date, I'm sorry!
