Read the Scorpion series. Loved them but heard you had taken a break as you were busy with the HOMELAND tie-in novels. Will you be returning to the Scorpion spy thriller series any time soon?

So glad you enjoyed my Scorpion books. I did take a break to do two original HOMELAND novels, "Homeland: Carrie's Run" and "Homeland: Saul's Game." I am currently working on a standalone novel, but at some point in the future, I will return to the Scorpion series. In the meantime, have you read some of my other spy thrillers, like "Hour of the Assassins", "Dragonfire" or "War of the Raven"? Also the original "Scorpion"? I guarantee that if you liked the Scorpion novels, you will love these books. Best, Andrew

Hello! Just letting you know that both Homelands were beyond great. I haven’t yet seen the TV show, but was able to fall in love with the characters within a few pages. My question: You seem to have a thorough understanding of the history and current intricacies of the region. Can you talk about how you immersed yourself in the histories and cultures to write with such an authoritative yet nuanced tone?

Hi Andrew - I have just finished your book "Homeland - Carrie's Run" - this is not usually my type of book, but once I got into it I could NOT put it down! I do have a question - I was quite surprised when I read on pg. 190 - Bloomington, Il and Normal Community High School. I am very curious as to why you would mention these? I googled your name & it doesn't seem that you have lived in this area. Appreciate answer.
