In regards to your book coming out in July, "Silver in the Blood" (though this question applies to any of your books). Do you have a inclination/preference to whether someone were to purchase said book as a paper copy or e-edition. I doubt you would get paid more either way, but does your publisher like it better if more paper copies are sold or are they perfectly happy if we all bought the electronic version?
