I love the way the stories live in my head. It's like when you read a book you can't stop thinking about, but instead of lasting a couple days, the experience continues for the length of writing the book.
I love when I come up with a hook that makes me gasp out loud or when a plot point hits me and I can't write fast enough to keep up. And I love my characters. I may torture them and put them through hell, but I take great care in constructing their pasts, their strengths and their weaknesses. It is not uncommon for me to get choked up toward the end of the book. What can I say? I love the people who live in my head. :)

Currently reading "The Last Bookshop in London" and loving it! I have been to that part of London and you have captured it. :O) did you live there at one time? When I return to London ( we usually stay in Bloomsbury - due to the proximity to British Library and Museum and bookshops.) I plan to take a walk to the Primrose hill area to discover such bookshops Please write more books like this one!
