Can someone explain the mural? Why did it have the initials if Barbara wasn’t in a relationship with John Paul?

judith We all seem to agree that the mural was part of a "setup," but why were TJ & Barbara out to get John Paul? He may have been a creep & they didn't like…moreWe all seem to agree that the mural was part of a "setup," but why were TJ & Barbara out to get John Paul? He may have been a creep & they didn't like him, but Louise was the only one he actually hurt (& Barbara didn't even know about that,) So, the bigger question is what motivated them to specifically pick him to frame? Plus the timeline on this means they had been planning it for a while.(less)
