Greetings. I've had my pre-orders for the UK Prudence hardcover cancelled by both Amazon.co.uk and Book Depository, and it no longer seems to be listed on other sites either. Has the hardcover been cancelled in this region?

So far as I know the hardcover was never available. My UK publisher never does hardcover printings. Those sites were in error and posting the US release information (probably because it went live on the internet first). If you would like to risk it and really want a hard cover, US Barnes & Noble ships overseas (for a fee) so you can order one through them. I've had lots of problems with them over my last release but it is an option.
Alternatively, you can email or call any Indy bookstore on my Prudence Launch tour and they are usually happy to have me sign and will ship overseas. That way you also can get a signed (even personalized) edition. But they will charge you shipping costs. I recommend Borderlands. http://www.gailcarriger.com/events
