Although I read your book “When I found you” many years ago, I still remember the saying: “We can change. We just have to want to. First we have to believe we need to.” Have you ever met an abandoned child in real life?

Actually, I have not. I think in some ways I felt lonely and emotionally cut off from others as a child, despite having parents. So maybe the "abandoned" child I've known is me.

I love all your books, and have read about a dozen since I first read Worthy in January. Currently reading Say Goodbye for Now. It is a wonderful book that is tearing my heart in two.
