Erin asked Carrie Turansky:

Hi Carrie, I have chatted with you about the Mississippi Readers event in July, but I haven't had the pleasure of reading any of your books yet. I am drawn to No Ocean too Wide and a Token of Love, but several of your titles are appealing! What do you recommend I start with? Thank you, Erin

Carrie Turansky Hi Erin, thanks for reaching out about where to start with my books. No Ocean Too Wide is a great place to start. It is the first of two books that tell about the McAlister siblings and their journey from England to Canada as British Home Children. When their older sister learns they have been taken without their mother's knowledge or permission, she looks for a way to travel to Canada, search, for them and try to reunite the family. There is a sequel set ten years later that tells the rest of their story titled, No Journey Too Far. A Token of Love is my latest novel, It's a dual-time story set in London in 1885 and contemporary time. It features two sisters who are searching for their lost daughter/niece. There is a modern story that connects. It has family drama, a touch of mystery, romance, and inspiration. I hope you'll enjoy them! I'm looking forward to meeting you at MRRR in July. Blessings, Carrie
