In the Wildes of Lindow Castle Series, why is the duke's sister Louisa referred to as "Lady Knowe"? Was she married to a "Lord Knowe" at some point?

Eloisa James Hi there! The implications are certainly that she married a Lord Knowe at some point, and he is deceased. I wouldn't put it past her to go to Europe for a grand tour, and return a "widow" with a title, though. Every once in a while I play around with ideas for a novella for her. She's one of my favorites.
