How do you deal with writer’s block?

Susan Arden Take a break and do something physical. Take an issue to the mat. The yoga mat that is. Doing sun or moon salutations, the rhythm and focus on the body position and breath are wonderful ways to release tension and help the mind stop churning. If all else fails, a hot shower works wonders and it's where many more than a few 'aha' moments occur.
