Glynnis Campbell My culinary skills are more experimental than good--LOL! I'm always trying (and failing at) new recipes. So I'd choose something simple I can make with confidence. I'd probably serve broiled chili-lime salmon, steamed broccoli with "fauxlandaise" sauce, and a tomato-corn-feta salad. For dessert, I'm known for my cranberry chocolate chip cookies, which I'd offer with home-roasted coffee!
