The Bratva Connection Series was inspired when I read a couple of dark mafia type romances years ago.
I had always wanted to write on the edge of the dark side but had so many other stories to write first.
I recently decided it was time to self-publish since I’d been lucky enough to gain over ten years’ experience writing as Becca Van for Siren BookStrand. A forced sabbatical when a couple of my family members needed me because of serious health issues. Time off gave me the opportunity to reflect on what I wanted to do next.
Bringing Becky Wilde back to life gave me the opportunity to create the first book, Bratva Connection: Maxim. The three books in this series aren’t really dark but Maxim does walk on the edge of the law and what law abiding citizens could consider noble. There is no forced seduction or anything in my books that could be constituted as truly evil.
