Hi, I just wanted to reach out and say how much I love the world of Dezrel, and I was interested in commissioning some art of the characters. Would it be possible to share a more detailed description of Jacob Eveningstar that I could share with my friend?

David Dalglish Ok, so I've asked my co-author Rob if he's got any notes or anything from when we worked together on it, and this is what he said to go with:

Rob: tell him tall, pale with long hair almost pitch black, and androgynously beautiful. Blue eyes (or glowing red, depending when it takes place), dark blue/black outfit, think Anakin/ROTS style clothing. Wears an obsidian pendant, shimmering purple, covered with arcane runes.

I've been following sense the breaking world, so I'm sad to see the end of dezrel. I often read the authors notes and take a certain amount of glee by proxy when you describe various characters as being fun to write. So I guess the question is, from dezrel to thanet, who has been the most fun to get inside the head of so to speak?
