Love this question, and I'm so relieved to read the answers and know that I didn't miss anything. I loved the connections, but there were so many that it was driving me crazy wondering if I any got by me. I feel like I needed a very in depth visual character chart showing all the connections. I'd love to see an artist's rendering of that.

There were numerous connections among the characters...see the other 2 answers & comments here for a pretty comprehensive list! As for Owen, he's Madeline's new assistant & didn't appear previously.
