A few others: Prof Roberts went to college with Madeline, that's how Alice's book got published. The caretaker's daughter Clara actually wrote an essay about her mother making her own end of life choice, which Madeline remembers as she does the same. Rowan the actor is the narrator of Alice's audio book, & Juliet recognizes his voice. Miranda the artist uses Alice's book pages as wings on her sculpture & titles it Woman In Pieces, which inspires Alice to write her next book!

Also, William finds a postcard to Alice in the ghost town (I totally missed that one, see Tammy's answer below.)
