Hello Mr. Keene. I really love your Lost Level series. I saw that you have a prequel called "Hole in the World." I'm dying to read it but I'm having some difficulty tracking a copy down. Do you plan on having this released as a paperback edition anytime soon? If so, do you have the date on that? Thank you for all the great stories so far.
