How did you come up for the idea for your books? The language you use in your books is very formal and proper. Did you have to practice to get it right or did it just come naturally to you taking into consideration the story and setting? When can we expect the release of book three?
E.G. Manetti
Hi Vicki.
The books started with a very vivid dream. As luck would have it, I had a five hour drive to make that morning, so by the time I reached home I had the outline for book 1. The formal language seemed natural to the story - The Twelve Systems are socially very rigid, so it emphasizes that aspect. I also wanted a way to make it clear that this is a different universe without actually trying to make up a language.
Book 3, Transgressions, is drafted and undergoing review by my creative editor. I'm hoping to have it published by March/April 2015.

I tend to save or read books recommended by you (even if I haven't gotten around to reviewing), you have a good eye for quality reads. Are their any authors that you recommend I look into? Someone you feel I may get hooked on (romance based genre). I'm cautious about books that have triggers involving human trafficking or affiliated violence.

You mentioned that there are plans for six or seven more books in the Twelve Systems Chronicles. Will they all center around Lilian and Lucius or do you have plans to expand the stories of the fascinating secondary characters such as Rebecca, Chrys, Trevelyan, Katleen, etc.?
