Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Nate Foy My most recent release is "Stoorworm's Sibling," which is the 2nd book in the Elements Pentalogy. Back in 2012, I went to a book signing with my first release, "Conspiracy of Deception." There were two other authors there. I didn't sell any books, and neither did one of the other authors. The author that sold books only sold his book, which was a children's picture book.

I thought that maybe if I wrote a children's book, I would do better at book signings. However, that is not what ended up happening. Instead, I got really involved in the story of two elves leaving their hometown and going on risky adventures to capture a witch who was accused of creating a curse for the elves' home village. Instead of a children's book, it is for children and adults who are thirteen and older.

The series was heavily influenced by Celtic Mythology which I found interesting, but it is set in an entirely different fantasy world.
