Hi Eman! That novella actually turned out to be A Holiday by Gaslight! The story is still about a broken engagement, but the breach of promise suit ultimately didn't make it into the final draft. xx

Hello Mimi, I've discovered your books with the Belles of London series and simply fell in love with your characters and your writing!
