2) Have you discovered some sort of time device, maybe one that allows you to freeze time?! If not, where on earth do you find the time to write full length novels for 3 series plus short stories every year? I sort of want to ask for more like 'A Bachelor Establishment' but am worried if you oblige you might end up with some sort of pro-plus/red bull addiction! 😂

Wow - a really good question. I wish I had some sort of device but alas - no. I usually write two books at a time. Not simultaneously, obviously, but as I get about two thirds of the way through the current book my mind starts turning to the next one and I use note taking and research as a kind of holiday from the first book. Now that I write that I realise how sad that makes me sound. I do actually have a life I promise you. Regarding A Bachelor Establishment, I do have some notes for a short story concerning Lord and Lady Ryde when they return from their honeymoon. I'd also like to do one or two more full length Regency romances but as you so rightly point out - it's time that's the issue. And yes, I am aware of the irony!

Any plan to expand on Max’s childhood? I know there were some references to her having been abused. It would be interesting to see her handle that or her father as an adult.
Did Barclay really believe she was Max’s sister? Very elaborate lie if she didn’t.

Hi Jodi, Firstly, kudos on replying to so many questions that I can't find the answer in the pile! Additionally, well done on an excellent series. I cannot believe this isn't a bigger critical darling and look forward to being able to say I was a fan from before this got huge. It's just a matter of time! Do you have a set number of books or end point of this story in mind? Or do you plan to go until you're done?
