I have read Gentlemen and Players. Now, which should be read first - Different Class or BlueEyedBoy ? Also curious, why does the latter join the three words to make a single word in the title ?

First; it doesn't really matter which order you read them in, but technically, BLUEEYEDBOY happens after DIFFERENT CLASS. Second: You'll find out more about the title when you read it...
