I'm not clear about a couple of things at the end: Reacher mentions that the dry look guy starved someone to death? What was that all about? And someone from Japan paid good money, for what? Cannibalism? So the racket was cheating customers by killing them in ways other than those they had requested? How? It all got wrapped up in the last five minutes of the book. I heard the audio version and can't listen again.
